Flying Turtle recognises the serious impact of global warming, which causes climate change and poses a serious threat to life on Earth.

We are an organisation constantly looking for new ways to serve our customers the best beverages and drinking experience while reducing as much ecological footprint as possible. 

Our cups, straws, and lids are made from environmentally friendly materials. We use PLA bioplastic, which produces 80% less greenhouse gas emissions compared to conventional plastic derived from fossil resources and is 100% compostable. In situations where PLA isn’t suitable, we look for other environmentally conscious options such as polypropylene which is safe to human health, has a relatively low carbon footprint, and can be used for recycling or upcycling into new products. 

Our customers can also choose not to receive a lid and/or a straw when ordering a drink as a way to contribute to reducing the environmental impact of single-use items. 

Our polypropylene plastic cups are strong, durable, and resistant to impact and chemicals, and our customers are encouraged to wash and reuse these cups instead of discarding them immediately.
